Return & Refund

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days from the date you received the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 5300 Farrow Rd, Columbia, SC 29203.

If you cancel the purchase or return the item due to no longer needed or bought by mistake, and your return request is after the order has been processed, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee and are responsible for shipping costs.

Once you have shipped your package back to us, please allow 2 business days for your return to be processed. The refund should arrive your bank or credit card account within 2 - 3 business days after the return has been processed.
